    10 years ago I got this problem. Seriously I have facing this pain very badly. I don’t know what to do ?
    That time I pulled big cable wire suddenly one noise ( like tuk) I feel in my right side lower back.
    After one yr this problem got started.
    When I take bath by regular cold water pain started, if I sit for longer time (I’m driver) I can’t stand straight for a while. This problem is increasing day by day .
